perusing on Twitter wasting time last night, I ran across the hashtag StartClean2013. I decided to give it a try as there was no big sign up or anything. You simply start doing the daily challenges, and post evidence of your participation on some form of social media. The whole idea is to find ways to kick off 2013 developing healthy habits. Yesterday’s focus was having a salad for one of your meals. Today’s was focusing on drinking enough water. This is huge for me as I’m a HUGE Diet Dr. Pepper lover. I’m currently weaning myself down to two a day for a week then will move over to one a day for a week then off of them completely.
Yep, it’s time for me and the diet soda to break up.
We are never ever getting back together.
